Frequently asked questions

How long does setup take, and is it included in the price?

Setup takes roughly 45-60 minutes. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your hire time begins. This setup time is completely free and does not count towards your 5-hour hire.

Do we need to provide a power supply or a lot of space?

Yes, we just need a standard 240v UK mains plug socket within 5 meters of the photobooth setup area. A flat level surface of roughly 3m x 3m is perfect for the booth and perhaps a backdrop.

How do our guests get their photos?

Both Photo booth pods, guests get an instant digital delivery directly to their phones via QR code or email, internet signal depending, if signal is poor, don't worry its all stored and as soon as a signal has resumed the photos get to your guests.

Also after the event, we offer a free of charge link to the customer that has booked with us to the full digital gallery after the event.

Can we combine the photobooth with your disco or other services?

Absolutely! We highly recommend building services together. Booking a photobooth alongside our disco or any other entertainment package unlocks exclusive discounted package rates. Plus we are already on site should there be any issues.

Are you fully insured for venues?

Yes, we carry full public liability insurance (PLI) of £10m and all of our electrical equipment is strictly PAT tested. We can provide these safety certificates directly to your venue upon request.

What Areas do we cover?

We are proudly based in Cleobury Mortimer. This central location gives us perfect access to cover a wide radius, including Ludlow, Kidderminster, and all towns across the borders of Worcestershire and Shropshire. If your venue is a little further out, please get in touch via our form-we frequently travel across the regions for our full disco and photobooth bundle packages
